Exterior: We removed all necessary control surfaces, the inspection panels, the wing, elevator and rudder tips. All the exterior plastic or fiberglass was inspected. We replaced anything we could not restore to like new condition. Next, we stripped off the old paint down to the bare aluminum, including the door frames. Then we cleaned, prepped, and primed all surfaces. The final paint coat was applied in a dust-free environment, where we used the Sherwin Williams Jet-Glo process. The control surfaces were re-balanced and installed with new hardware. All other external hardware was replaced with stainless steel. The glass is like new and the windows were sealed to prevent leakage.. This classy paint job is in Matterhorn White with Flight Blue Base and Quick Silver stripes. . The paint job includes a one-year warranty as soon as you’ve taken delivery of your aircraft. Aircraft was painted 2 years ago and still looks LIKE NEW!!
